I had a phenomenal experience with Midwest Kartz over the last week. My golf cart was having some issues that prevented it from operating safely and as a result I reached out to Midwest Cartz for a diagnosis. Kyle, who was the one I made first contact with was communicative, professional and most of all honest and sincere. He diagnosed the issue, provided a cost for services and immediately handled our golf cart repair with no upselling nor clever sales techniques common in the service industry. Living in Estero, I thought I’d have an easy time finding a repair service, I didn’t. Most were unclear on their pricing and timeline for repairs which lead to me pushing these repairs back a few months. That being said, I can’t recommend these guys enough. After hours of research and a failed first attempt back in December of 2025, to get a golf cart, I found Kyle at Midwest Cartz. From the start, he was friendly, knowledgeable & diligent in his efforts to help me achieve a success in buying a golf cart! I got my Atlas One 4-fwd seat cart yesterday after an accurate 3.5 month shared wait by Kyle and I couldn’t be happier. In addition, I know that Kyle & his team will be there for me for anything I need in service, etc, for years going forward in my Atlas golf cart ownership. These guys are the best! I was lucky enough to find them when I needed a tire mounted, then I find out that they come to our development (Verdana Village), about once a month to do basic services and keep our carts running as they should! I wish "Midwest Cartz" was actually in the midwest, like here in north Texas.  They blow our local Atlas, where we bought our 2026 Atlas 2P,  dealer in professionalism, fast response, actual real "Atlas" golf cart accessories at a fair price.  Great to work with!
